Arqana August catalogue out on new iPad app

THE catalogue for the August Yearling Sale is now available on the new Equineline Sales Catalog iPad App. The application can be downloaded free from iTunes or the App Store.

Created by the Jockey Club Information Systems in partnership with Weatherbys, the application is intended as a substitute for hard copies of sales catalogues.

Users can highlight lots of interest, write down comments and observations, while taking advantage of the app's capacity to sort and search data.

Arqana's general director Olivier Delloye commented: "This new service comes as a perfect complement to our groundbreaking SmartCat, which celebrates its first year of existence and is still proving more and more popular with buyers.

"Bloodstock professionals, who are so often out and about during the hectic sales season, now benefit form a full range of innovative tools allowing them to work fast, efficiently and without carrying tons of paper around."
