Third Intention (5 g Azamour - Third Dimension)

THE strong-travelling Third Intention was an impressive winner and his victory gives Azamour a second high profile jumps winner in February, following Zarkander's win in the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury.

Third Intention is from the first cropof the multiple Group1-winning Giltown inmate, who is yet to sire his first Group 1 winner, but his leading lights on the Flat include Group 2 winner Eleanora Rose, the 2,000 Guineas placed Native Khan and John Gosden's useful Listed-winner Colombian.

The five-year-old Third Intention is out of Third Dimension, a winning half-sister to the Listed-winner Fixed Wing. Third Dimension was a dual Group 3 winner in France and has produced three other winners, including the multiple winner My Pension, a daughter of Kendor.

Third Intention shows a tremendous amount of natural speed during his races and it's no surprise considering the Group 3-winning sprinter Iver Bridge Lad can be found in the pedigree.
