Kaldounevees transfers to new French stud
FRENCH veteran Kaldounevees has been relocated to the new stud Haras de Saint-Sauveur near Saone-et-Loire, leaving the Haras Nationaux.
The 20-year-old son of Kaldoun won two Group 3 races over a mile in France, and was runner-up at the top level in Germany and the US.
His progeny includes Ange Gabriel, a dual Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud winner who also won a Hong Kong Vase, and Prix de l'Opera and Dubai Duty Free winner Terre A Terre.
Haras de Saint-Sauveur owner Jean-Lucien Borrelli was seeking a proven stallion for his new venture, and he will offer Kaldounevees at €1,200.
