Big Drama retired to Stonewall Farm

AMERICAN champion sprinter Big Drama will stand his first season next year at Stonewall Farm in Florida. A fee of $10,000 has been set for the five-year-old son of Montbrook.

Big Drama retires as the winner of 11 of 19 starts including last year's Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Sprint, the Grade 2 Smile Sprint Handicap and Grade 3 Mr Prospector Stakes. He also ran second in the Grade 1 Alfred G. Vanderbilt Handicap and the Grade 1 Forego Stakes.

He was last seen finishing seventh in the Breeders' Cup Sprint earlier this month.

Out of the Notebook mare Riveting Drama, Big Drama is a half brother to stakes winners Drama's Way, Little Drama, and Queen Drama.
