Aizavoski a new addition at Arctic Tack Stud

THE list of National Hunt stallion sons of Monsun in Britain and Ireland has grown again after the acquisition of multiple Listed winner Aizavoski by Arctic Tack Stud in County Wexford.

Aizavoski will stand alongside his paternal half-brother Arcadio at Arctic Tack. Other Monsun sons to cover jumps mares this year include Getaway, Salutino, Schiaparelli and September Storm.

Monsun's popularity with jumps breeders has rocketed after the exploits of his grandson Sprinter Sacre, who is by the French-based Network - also the sire of Grade 1 winners Rubi Light and Saint Are.

Aizavoski was bred by the Wildenstein family out of the Listed-winning Alzao mare Arlesienne, who hails from their outstanding family of Arcangues, Aquarelliste and Cape Verdi.

He was trained by Elie Lellouche to win six Listed races over 1m2f-1m4f in France.

Aizavoski will also stand alongside Le Fou, a Polish Precedent half-brother to Montjeu, at Arctic Tack Stud this year.
